At Ningaloo Reef Dive in Coral Bay we are able to offer you a range of courses as a licensed PADI outlet, whether you simply want to give SCUBA diving a go, or have decided to seek out a career in the diving industry we have a course for you. With the guidance of our own staff PADI qualified dive instructor we can take you to levels you have never been before. Refresher course: certified divers who haven’t dived in a while will benefit from this short course. Brush up your skills & boost your confidence. To ensure that you get the best experience possible, it is our recommendation that divers who do not have a logged dive in the last 12 months complete a refresher before diving with us. Two – three hours of your time is required, all equipment provided.


Discover SCUBA: if you have never dived before and just want to give it a try, this is where to start. A Discover SCUBA dive will get you under the water and in the action with basic skills in one day! All equipment provided, and certificate on completion.


Open Water course: learn & complete internationally recognized diver certification. A four day course including theory and practical skills with boat based dives allows you to develop the skills required to become an independent & confident SCUBA diver. With PADI certification you have the freedom to travel and dive all over the world. All equipment provided, including learning materials & certification card on completion. A “Diving Medical Clearance” is required from a certified medical practioner. We recommend that you have this in place before enrollment.


Advanced Open Water & Rescue Diver courses: build on your open water certification and further your skills. Go deeper, go farther, go rescue diver. Completion of these courses will prepare you for entry into a Dive Master Internship.


Dive Master course: begin your career within the diving industry. A Dive Master qualification is your entry platform. At Ningaloo Reef Dive we have a limited number of places each year for persons wishing to enter into a Dive Master internship with our company. You will be trained in all aspects of our tour operations, and develop your skills in navigation, and tour guiding, as well as completing all the requirements of the PADI Dive Master certification. A minimum of four weeks is required to complete the course, and there will be the possibility of employment on successful completion. Contact us for full details, availability & cost.
